Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative, Technical Services is responsible for handling both inbound and outbound phone calls, and assist customers who require repair of sophisticated electronic equipmentJob Responsibilities
·Responsible for both inbound and outbound phone calls
·Assist customers who require repair of sophisticated electronic equipment
·Responsible for preparation of customer repair quotations, advising the customer of price and delivery of repairs, follow-up on quotations, and timely communication with the customers
·Responsible for entering customer orders into the ERP system
·Assist the Technical Service Supervisor to complete government and internal reporting
Anforderungen
·A positive attitude and ability to remain calm in a fast paced environment are essential.
·Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, ERP andCRMsoftware
·Excellent written and verbal communications skills
·High school diploma or equivalent is required
·4+ years experience as a customer service representative
is required
