Job Summary:


The Customer Service Representative, Technical Services is responsible for handling both inbound and outbound phone calls, and assist customers who require repair of sophisticated electronic equipment
Job Responsibilities

· Responsible for both inbound and outbound phone calls

· Assist customers who require repair of sophisticated electronic equipment

· Responsible for preparation of customer repair quotations, advising the customer of price and delivery of repairs, follow-up on quotations, and timely communication with the customers

· Responsible for entering customer orders into the ERP system

· Assist the Technical Service Supervisor to complete government and internal reporting


Anforderungen

· A positive attitude and ability to remain calm in a fast paced environment are essential.

· Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, ERP and CRM software

· Excellent written and verbal communications skills

· High school diploma or equivalent is required


· 4+ years experience as a customer service representative
is required
