Olympus NDT, Inc. is pleased to announce that it has acquired Addley NDT Supplies, a distributor of nondestructive testing instruments located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The new business is called Olympus NDT Canada Limited., which will be the new direct distributor of Olympus NDT products in the provinces of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, and the Yukon Territory.
The acquisition of Addley NDT Supplies demonstrates the ongoing commitment of Olympus NDT to provide first-rate product support and after-sales service to its local customers. Heather Addley, who founded Addley NDT Supplies, has been appointed General Manager of Olympus NDT Canada, Limited.
Olympus NDT Canada Limited will distribute the following brands: Panametrics-NDT UT flaw detectors and thickness gages, R/D Tech UT, PA, and EC flaw detectors and systems, NDT Engineering probes, Sonic UT flaw detectors, and Nortec EC flaw detectors. In addition, the company will continue to distribute other suppliers' consumables products and NDT accessories.
