Receivables Analyst - Entry Level

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform all duties related to receivables such as:

· Application of cash receipts

· Invoicing of shipments

· Customer research and researching misapplied payments

· Other tasks as assigned.

· Collect, analyze and post data from various reporting systems to prepare monthly invoicing

· Maintain and assist in refining invoicing procedures; Suggest solutions to management for process improvement

· Update management on a regular basis with status of cycle tasks

· Escalate potential service issues to management

· Month end processing

· Directly related experience with invoicing and cash applications

· Experience with MS office and ERP systems required; Strong Excel skills

· Good communication skills - verbally and written

· Strong problem solving skills

· 0-3 years receivables experience

· High School Diploma required, Some College preferred

· Experience in a Manufacturing environment desired
