TomoScan III

Ultrahang

The Tomoscan III is the most flexible and powerful ultrasound system available on the market. It can handle most, if not all, automated ultrasound in-service inspections.
The Tomoscan III offers the most flexibility and power available in any automatic inspection system on the market.
With flexible hardware and software that allow the interface of virtually any manipulator used in typical in-service inspections, the Tomoscan III can be slave to controllers of complex scanners or, as in most cases, control the inspection.

Features

  • Available either in standard ultrasound configuration or with phased array capability.
  • Up to 32 standard ultrasound channels with both linear and logarithmic amplifiers (standard UT version)
  • Up to 128 phased-array ultrasound channels with linear or logarithmic amplifiers (phased array version)
  • Pulse-echo and TOFD capability
  • 12-bit, 100-MHz A/D converter
  • Logarithmic and linear amplifiers
  • Real-time data processing, and data compression
  • High pulsing rate and data throughput
  • Flexible interfaces to scanners and manipulators
  • Setup, data acquisition, and data analysis from standard PC
  • R/D Tech TomoView™ software for both data acquisition and data analysis
