·
Provide application and training support for all Olympus NDT products
·
Respond to all customer phone calls and e-mails in a timely manner
·
Schedule necessary customer visits via Product Manager /Regional Technical Sales /Salesman
·
Schedule necessary customer visits based upon direct customer interaction
·
Support customer supplied sample evaluations in Houston office
·
Word directly with RDT PM and RTS to identify and support past, present and future customers
·
Identify potential contract customers on all Olympus NDT products
·
Provide sales opportunities (utilizing past customer database and applications history)
·
Suggest enhancements and suggestions to day to day office procedures
·
Provide and suggest Technical enhancements to existing Olympus NDT instrumentation
·
Mentor junior Olympus NDT personnel and provide training as required
·
Attend applicable seminars and conferences to stay current on advanced NDT methods
·
Publish internal applications notes for distribution to internal sales network
·
Engage in local
ASNT
meetings and on occasion present a paper on Olympus technology or applications techniques
